Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed trying out the local cuisine. However, the room condition didn’t live up to expectations and had some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the amenities and the beautiful surroundings, but there are a few improvements needed for it to truly shine.
The resort is truly beautiful, set in a lovely garden, and there’s plenty of space to linger. However, the service is disappointing, as it feels like staff often lack direction. The pools were not well-maintained, which was a letdown. For the price, the amenities don’t live up to expectations, and the dining options could definitely be improved.
We recently stayed at this resort, which we found to be beautiful with lovely grounds and a family-friendly atmosphere. Our kids absolutely loved the toddler pool, and the BBQ buffet dinner was a highlight. However, our experience was marred by inconsistent service and maintenance issues, particularly with the facilities. Overall, it's a decent option for families, but improvements are definitely needed in service and pool maintenance.
During our stay at Orator, we felt incredibly welcomed and well-cared for. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making our time there really comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool and the breakfast buffet every morning. On the flip side, it would have been great to have a kitchenette option in the rooms for preparing light meals, and there could be some enhancements with the dining options. Overall, Orator offers great value for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
Our stay at Orator was mixed. The pool was a true highlight, with its beautiful, multi-section design that made it a favorite for my family. The staff were lovely and welcoming, adding to the overall atmosphere. However, we did face a serious issue with hotel staff access to our room which is quite concerning and overshadowed our experience. Overall, while the hotel has great amenities and a lovely environment, our trust was shaken.
